I cannot believe That the CEO of Saxon is planning a Christmas party! Do you understand that there’s a pandemic going on still and all the employees are not fully vaccinated? This is a disaster! They got rid of most of their employees and now they want a party. I been with this company a short time and it’s disgraceful. I urge you please do not do any form of gathering specially when we still are fighting all types of infections. This has lawsuits written all over. Party with your close family not employees! If they are so hot about throwing a party just give us a gift card and call it a day. It will come more handy than having to reunite with all the kiss A…. Of the company. I will bring this up with our Human Resources and let them know the risk you are putting us in. #nochristmasparty!

Forget the damn party. You can bet there are plenty of strings attached that you just don’t see yet. You don’t need anyone telling you what to do. Use your head and ask questions. You want a moral boost? Leave and take 3 guys with you. That will wake ‘em up.
If you're so worried about COVID then stay home. You should have your second shot by now anyway. The CEO is trying to give the few of us that are left something to enjoy after everything that's happened. If you are so miserable and hate it here then leave. You just ruined what would have been a little moral boost for the rest of people that aren't afraid of life. It's not mandatory, whoever doesn't want to participate can stay home.
People who go to other companies are getting more perks in the past year during a pandemic than they have at Xerox in the past decade.
