Could you please provide your update on accommodation request? How you found the process? Any helpful feedback for others going through this process. Thank you.

I posted this in another thread. Re-posting here. Based on personal experience.
The company is required by law to provide a reasonable accommodation unless doing so would cause an undue hardship. Cisco is not concerned about the sincerity of your religious belief, only about potential hardship accommodating that belief. Discussion with HR will focus on your job role and how you execute it. Your manager will be consulted then all information will be brought to a committee who decides your fate. Better chance getting the accommodation if you work remote and your manager is on board with continuing that arrangement.
Go to a 3rd world country and they will give you documentation as proof for a small cash fee.
Just get in the train car already
I was not given an accommodation(religion). I had used some of the stuff I found online but in the end it seemed it was clear my cause was personal and not religious.
I've heard of a few that were vaccinated in a number of the less than friendly countries get approved (paks, india). I heard nothing else about others.
They're losing patience with all the BS being thrown at them. They can spot a liar as soon as the first sentence is spoken.
I found the staff at the vaccination center to be quite accomodating, give it a try!
