Nordstom has hit the rock bottom. The company has been on a downward spiral for many years and I think it is too late now for any positive changes. If management really wanted to make those changes, they should have done it a long time ago. Or perhaps they didn't know how. They've let things go too far.

It's what happens when you demoralize the good people and push them out while promoting cheerleaders who are fun at happy hour and can show you the latest tricks on their iPhone.
This company is a cautionary tale of what happens when you promote salespeople to high level leadership positions that require extensive education and years of specialized experience.
Leadership couldn't plan themselves out of a burning paper bag let alone figure out how to fix the company...
