I don't know how it is and other Lowe's stores but what is the point of fulfillment if they can't pick anything over 50 lb I mean if you want to be a boxer you got to expect to be able to be hit

If you are a boxer, should you be able to get dental insurance at the same rate as a CEO?
Same at my store.. Fulfilment doesn't operate any power equipment. They bring the order tickets to the departments to pull.
Can't count how many customers get mad that they come to pick up their order and they have to wait an hour for it to be pulled out of tops. Average wait time 45 minutes to an hour and a half and this after they are notified product is ready to pick up
At our store if it ain't small items they don't pull it they'll put a location as in top stock
