If SF was an NCAA program they’d be investigated for Lack of Institutional Control. Claim handling is incompetent to the point where DOI needs to look. 3 out of 4 claims require re-work. Good is now the claim where we only correct misinformation (sorry Mr Insured whomever told you your auto policy covers personal property was mistaken.)

I just heard that a customer ended up talking to a claim rep’s WIFE about her claim. The rep was doing something else and she was fielding calls.
DOI’s don’t get involved with claim practices as a rule. They have occasionally tried to dispute policy language to create coverage-mold in Texas, foundation settling in Maryland. They don’t employ any claims expertise, mostly administrators and a few actuaries.
“He’s the bridge” , as he keeps referring to himself.
My prediction is they are going to f-up the wrong lawyers, judge or state/federal officials claim and get the attention this organization deserves. Allstate played this game about 15-20 years ago and got nailed. https://www.trialguides.com/blogs/news/bloomberg-details-widespread-claim-denials-and-delays-by-american-insurers
McKenzie is at it again with SF!!!
The trial attorney's are sniffing around as they have caught wind of all the discrimination lawsuits/firing practices. I have a very good feeling and get the sense that ole Tipsy is about to make an exit for the door after we get through the 100 years. Tipsy can claim record growth. He will run like the rat he is after all his schemes catch up to him because I can guarantee it always does!
I’m honestly surprised everyday the DOI doesn’t get involved. You have people here involved in repair processes that can’t even figure out how to use google.
Hey they will use this as a way to performance manage those who do know how to do their job so you get a lesser bonus.
The better to track and surveillance you my dear...
I’ve a Logitech webcam still in the box. Yubikey setup but no idea what to do with it now. This red walkme button thing on my desktop.
How about IOT reliably working? Maybe Salesforce Claim Summary could pull useful data and not be just another read-only pop-up window to get rid of?
It's e terprise wide. Claim handling. Pricing data fake systems experts and more
What are you crying about?! My TM is so concerned about getting outta INj she’s not the time to monitor our production. I complain about medical issues and now have limited phone time and get away with 15 tasks a week. Things haven’t been so good so STFU
