I mean, it doesn’t surprise me at all because Allstate has become a place from which most people are trying to escape. Everyone is so frustrated by this place that they have also become super-sensitive.
I have no other explanation for why everyone is so easily offended today?

Too true. Allstate has been a toxic cult environment from the day they went public. Money is all they care about. Take a good look around. Where are all the good jobs going and why? It’s a bottom line organization to the end. They will never admit a mistake. A huge number of Allstaters are looking for a way out in 2022, including the customers!! Brahahahaha. Allstate management is not going to make some big 180 degree turn and be decent. Small inroads maybe, just to keep the staff they have a little longer, u til they are ready to execute their 2022 USA lay off plans. Once the Northbrook sale closes, it’s really going to be a fast slide to the bottom. Everyone in claims is so frustrated. They’re paying independent adjusters a lot more than they paid the thousands they laid off. Tom and Glenn hate that but don’t worry fellas, India will be up to speed soon. Everyone in claims is just riding out their personal storms. When the sun breaks through, it will have nothing to do with changes at Allstate it will be about personal exit plans being executed. Really a sick place to work. Stay well.
Everyone these days are snowflakes... Can't handle opinions different from them. This isn't just Allstate. This is the entire country, both sides of the political spectrum are filled with these babies.
