Does anyone have the actual attrition numbers after ImagineIT?

Attrition is about the same rate as it has always been. Many people like to imagine that it's higher because of this or that personal pet peeve. Not so. It's very stable. Remaining O&G employees that have a job are grateful for that and are holding out until their optimal retirement dates. Nothing has changed in that respect.
Be careful asking to outsource IT. If you have ever worked with outsourced IT the quality is not good. If you want things to decline even further go for it. Chevron treats IT like garbage and laid off a ton of people and we have no resources anymore. A reason there is major attrition in IT right now.
Send them all to India. No one would notice.
"Man time"??? what's that code for? I think you should keep your personal indulgences to yourself, lol. I agree with @uhf+1dzojVje.
@1cae+1dzojVje WHOA! Looks like you need to have a cold one with da boys and enjoy a little man time. Maybe go get some good sausage with your main man. Need to calm down for sure. IT has had a massive layoff and now has few resources and has a rough operating model. Chill out go have some man time!
No one cares about IT. Suck it. You make our computer usage way worse. Thanks for slowing it down and tracking everything. Not to mention your stupid fishing emails. Suck a big Brandon you S-B’s
Who cares
I would say strong to very strong
I think in some areas it was almost 20% so they are hiring pretty aggressively.
Man time!
Same no nut no knowledge id--t with basically the exact same comment on yet another thread.
More have been laid off than by natural attrition. Maybe you should post that on the attrition site. Are you lost?
