The "run of the the RIF" has ended. There is no market share increase. No increased revenues. Agents aren't inspired. Labor hates their employer (refer to this board). Customer service is suffering from understaffing and hiring zero experience cheap replacements, and leaving in droves to competitors, along with the best employees.
Wilson is a one trick pony. At the first sign of mounting losses with the auto product he has a quick trigger finger to turn off any form of growth. He will tighten guidelines and raise rates on the all auto lines (please refer to the 2015-2016 panic attack!)

Bonzo the chimpanzee could have turned a profit during the shelter in place portion of the pandemic. Leadership has acted with with reckless abandon. It’s easy to sit on your throne and blame the rank and file of all ill’s of your organization when you are printing money. There will be no hiding behind the Nat Gen increase revenue that you purchased. I have never seen anything like this in my 30 year career. The bell will toll for thee on Wednesday.
