Belk Ceo,corporate, and store managers only care about how they benefit, their bonuses, trips, and their income.
There is no concern for associates you mean nothing to these money hungry parasites.
All the money they have cannot change or protect them from the KARMA they will experience.

I'm an SM and I occasionally get on here to see what's posted, not too often because it's 99.9% negative and I prefer to be a glass half full kinda person.
I hate that so many of you work for bad leaders, I would hate to think my team looks at me the same as you do your leaders.
As for me I come in work closely with all my people. I ask them about their days, family and how they are doing. We control what we can control and that's how we speak to driving our goals and we try to have as much fun as possible.
I know most of you want to watch it all burn, just know there are good leaders out there that are depending on Belk to succeed so they may continue to provide for their families.

I can only hope the ones that get ditched get the privilege and righteous experience of Starting Over at the bottom, somewhere, like the employees they scrapped. Eye for an eye and all that jazz.
