Help!
My store had five associates quit in three days! Is anyone else going through this? Belk needs to start pay at $15 everywhere!

Good Workers ain't cheap. Cheap Workers ain't good. If only current Belk CEO understands that then he can lead Belk out of the financial darkness.
We have new associates quilting during their lunch breaks and not returning even at 15.00 an hour. My store is 0396, Oxford, Mississippi
