It seems that the culture at Allstate has shifted to that of defeat. The only thing that all the employees can agree on is that they don't want to work here anymore. Everything else is secondary. No wonder most new hires leave as quickly as they join. I don't know of many people who'd want to stay in such an environment voluntarily.

Long hours , mandatory overtime and dealing with angry customers , agents and shops is just too much overwhelming stress. Many of my coworkers have taken time off for stress related issues in the workplace. For every adjuster they hire there’s 2-3 that quit . It’ll be about a year before they fully staff auto claims again . I’m leaning as soon as I can get another job .
Once the right gig comes along, I'm out, until then doing the bare minimum
