The FED has stated rates will raise next year to combat inflation. The last time the FED raised rates whole division were let go at FirstAM….. do people feel major layoffs are around the corner again or will rates stay at zero forever?

For Corporate HQ workers, what was the severance like (weeks per year)? Was there a minimum package for new(er) workers not with the company for a while?
With the major security violations and the major lawsuits facing FirstAM layoffs were coming even before rate hikes. Now the layoffs are going to be on steroid. FirstAM does not care about employees nor educating its employees. The Christmas layoffs will be scary this year!
