No matter how much I work, no matter how engaged I am, it seems that for Belk I will never be a good employee like those who work only the bare minimum and are mostly engaged in gossip, spreading bad vibes, backstabbing, etc. At Belk, values have been reversed, so those employees who would be fired very quickly in any good company are generally treated as the best ones here.

Management can’t reprimand those “do nothings” for fear of being accused of racial harassment.😒
And don't forget the non stop humiliation tactics management uses everyday on their best employees while they watch other get by with NOT doing anything at all.
