This vax mandate thing is just one big trick for this company to cut people. If this hadn’t happened, I’m afraid Xerox would have found some other way to get rid of people who are paid a little more for their experience and their knowledge. I just wonder until when will the first to be hit be the ones who are the best at what they do? They will still have to leave a few people who have the skills and knowledge, if they want the work to get done.

Judging by the earnings announcement this morning they may still have to cut vaccinated people after they fire the unvaccinated ones.
