There used to be healthy competition here.
Now it seems to me that the company no longer encourages any healthy competition which implies stimulation of better performance, but a very toxic comparison with others which results in backstabbing, gossip, taking credit for other people's work, etc.
How that changed and why, I don't know....
Do you see the constant JUNK they put out? What else is there to do now other than fu-k over others over the worst ideas imaginable? Last in everything. Joke. How about the fake 60 minutes BS whistleblower story for instance?

Ha,, completion at CBS??? Seriously - when did CBS or unions ever try to raise the bar? Even Les Moonves says when he walked around CBS he got the feeling people were content in 3rd place. And they are - do as minimal as possible without getting fired, kiss a-s & play the game. Why work harder for the same pay
Its almost like they would rather pit everyone against each other to distract from their poor business decisions. Things are so blatantly unfair that it actually distracts and makes people bitter.
