I don't know about you, but ever since I've been working here, for more than 12 years, I personally have never had a harder year at MS than this one. I lost all hope that the next one would be any better. For now, I see no indication that it could be better.

For us in audit audit, it has been especially hard with half of the staff having quit due to complete lack of direction or due to burnout.
it is especially rough if you are in tech from what i hear. the agile mess and cost cutting. true?
