I used to think 3M stood for “meetings, meetings, meetings” but now it’s “mo--ns, mo--ns, mo--ns”.
This company has no direction, no leadership, no vision. Constant leadership shuffle. Truly definition of insanity— doing things the same way and expecting a different result. High performing talent starting to leave in droves.

megalomaniac : " we are still a manufacturing powerhouse with world class R&D", "nobody is even close to what we can do", world class technology
mediocrity : no scope for innovative thinking or taking big risk
mendacity : pfas, ear plug, litigation

It is indeed misery to see the company end up in this stage, with stagnant share prices in 2021 as compared to 2017. Advance 3M is a hoax.
