I know it’s bu-----t, I’m earning way less doing this job from méxico (than the person who trained me) and I feel it for the US employees because they are actually getting people to do the job in a country with almost none working rights.

Just took the organizational “health” survey. What a joke! The questions were obviously formulated to avoid the most contentious issues driving this horrid organization into the ground. This way the big chiefs can all live in the delusion that they actually are productive and admired. Looking for the nearest exit out of this sinking vessel of misery.
How good is the hiring market?

My position is moving to India. I have been sending all of my work to them since 2020, I was told I would get 5-6 months notice back in January of 2020, now I am just waiting to hear when my department will be let go. In the meantime, I keep applying/interviewing at other companies.
