There are many of us who don’t think this is a bad company. As long as you can overlook the entire BS and just treat it as a job that you get paid for. I know there are a few who come here to vent and it’s actually understandable. But for those who keep putting Lowe’s down, do yourself a favor and try to find something else. Lowe’s won’t change no matter how much you complain.

I worked for Lowes for almost 22 years, it was a pretty good company. I recently transferred to another state where min. wage is $12.80 per hour. They wanted to cut my pay from $20.08 to $14.00. Made my decision to resign and collect my nice 401k much easier. I was quite insulted after giving so may years of dedication to a company.
After 25.5 years, I left February 2020. Lowe’s was good to me & my 401 is great. I can’t thank everyone enough for the years. If you can get past the political, you will survive for many years. Hang tight and stay safe.
Same here.. I would go in to work at Lowes and bust my bu-t trying to do it all. But now I go to work just to get a paycheck every other week. That's it... If you're not elderly you're on your own , unless you ask me for help. So of the elderly don't have family to talk to. I love talking with them. I it makes their day ☺️
