Majority of my peers are all in the same boat. We’re patiently waiting to find that one job that will be the right fit. It’s such a shame because most of my coworkers are fantastic. But no one can deny the fact that we are all stressed the he-l out. We have management that shows nothing but indecisiveness and double standards which causes a lot of strain between colleagues. Hopefully the right opportunity will present itself and provide me with a fulfilling career - something I no longer have here.

You mean don't like the unreasonable workload coupled with a low base pay and no bonuses???
If you find something you may be great at - throw your hat in and see what happens.
I left for another carrier and do not regret it.
