I got laid off today Nov 3 ...on Wednesday; not Tuesday. I guess they do break the rules sometimes. F*ck Cenovus.

HR should be hit hard since the company is longer interested in attracting and retaining high quality employees. The "HR" department should probably outsourced as it is basically just a payroll/benefit administration function now.
HR and Finance have not been touched yet. It is logical they are the next target.
