Feel free to drop a funny/stupid quote you’ve heard from a SF TM over the years.
Have fun… go!

Its always been an id--t run organization and it will always be an id--t run organization.
Talking about SF. "THIS PONY SPEAK WITH FORK TONGUE".
Everyone that works for SF took a wrong turn in life somewhere.
@9zbl The problem is that someone up the chain of command refuses to hear the truth. TMs are well aware of what his happening and are giving employees push back. Maybe it's because they received pushback from their SM's or maybe they just don't want to deal with it themselves. I have a feeling it's a little bit of both.
@9zbl first mistake is thinking TMs have not already had these conversations repeatedly with SMs and CMs and told to shut up or leave. You also have the ability to voice your opinion to SMs and CMs, what is stopping you? Bi-----g on an anonymous message board is safer than putting yourself out there. All this tough talk but no action hiding in anonymity.
@9dnk Nah, but there should be some sense that TMs will tell the SMs about some of the serious problems we’re facing executing on the operating model who will tell the CMs and maybe Lord Tipsord will hear us somehow.
The security guard at Walgreens watches as it gets robbed every day, told to not even bother calling the police because the Mayor knows and doesn’t care about anything that happens in the real world as a result of the city’s policies. The Mayor will actually explain it as if the Walgreens are closing down because it’s some kind of strategy to survive in the age of Amazon, and nothing to do with the decriminalization of robbery even though Walgreens reports themselves that they pay FIFTY TIMES as much on security at stores in that city compared to anywhere else and cites an uncontrolled surge in shoplifting as the reason for stores closing down. Everybody working under these conditions feels defeated in the face of such a shitshow because there’s nothing they can do. I get it.
@8rpk so you want them to lie to you about all the changes they can make to make it better for you? If your TM is the security guard, what does that make you, the cashier?
“There’s nothing I can do” about anything that actually matters. My TM is like a security guard at a downtown San Francisco Walgreens.

I’m sorry it’s a little hard to understand what you’re saying with all the errors and missed words. And driving heavy equipment is impressive? Wow. Just wow, I now have a better understanding of why this site is so comical and ridiculous.
“Let’s keep it professional while at the office”
"There's never been a better time to be a State Farm (insert position)"
@7kms. You are the epitome of educated stupidity. Letters behind anyone's name does not impress me. I bet you couldn't anything with your hands to create value. I bet you couldn't drive heavy equipment. You are a fine example of an all about me, do nothing expense. Another politician we sure could do without.
Wow so many smart people in here! Clearly you all are the ones that should be in leadership. Oh wait can’t dedicate the time to pass ChFC? Or can’t pass it at all? Ahh yes indeed this trend has been around since the dawn of time. Y’all just sound petty and jealous.
"We are in a noble profession."
From a DCS over 20 years ago, "You TMs were all promoted for your claims expertise, but we don't need that anymore".
“She called in on life leave but I fu----g know she wasn’t really sick”
Thank you for all you do! … (I’ve no clue what you actually do because I have never worked a claim in my life but I’ve got these bullet points from on-high to sound smart.)
"I've got a few remarkables to give out. Any other remarkables for this huddle?"
Quantity is the expectation. Quality is encouraged.
Try not to use up all your PTO before the first 3 weeks of new hire training is completed
“I don’t care what you have to do; ram it down the customers’ throats if you have to, but we need CX live sessions.”
You may not want to wear that jersey so you don't get stabbed in the hall by the rival gang members.
Receiving a call from my TM to let me know that her call out of our entire team instead of the actual person with the issue being addressed on our huddle was not about me…….great leadership;/
“Just because you’re on vacation doesn’t mean I can’t fire you”
Hey CS, we need you to work overtime this week. But all my work is in slow, yeah, we need you to work your team mates stuff. They call off a couple times a month and are always out of slow…
“Our claims force is second to none.”
"I don't have to know the law to tell you how to handle claims. It's not like all of your claims are in suit anyway." Yup, this was uttered by a TM.
"I can write 6 estimates all day long" says the person that never worked in a body shop.
"I don't agree with where the company is going but there is nothing I can do about it. Take care of yourself."
“Employees are our greatest asset”
“Your not smart enough to work in a claim
Or call center”.
