The below is sound advice from a poster in another thread. This company deserves nothing more and much less stress on ourselves. I'd imagine many of us do this same thing:
I am fortunate enough to be in a role that is actually well paid for what we do. But I despise the leadership, vision, culture, and direction of this company. So what I do is fake smile and do the bare minimum I have to. Just enough to keep the bosses from bothering me but not nearly enough to be noticed and them trying to force feed me garbage about promotions and imaginary brass rings. I don't bother much with that scam. I am content to take their money every too weeks doing as little as I can with no stress and saving up every penny I can while still enjoying life. All the while I hope and pray for the day we get called into that meeting giving us our 60 days and our documentation to sign for the severance package. My state allows unemployment even with severance so that will be fun too. A nice little 6-12 months off on Uncle Sam and Big Blue. I have given 20+ years to this company worth of hard work and utmost effort before deciding to do the minimum last year when it was clear this company is heading straight into the sh!tter so I do not and will not feel bad at all when all this happens
