I am definitely burnt out. I just thought about this afternoon how I didn't feel tired or sick feeling when I went on vacation for a week. I was away from that toxic place. Definitely pushing for something new now.
Bingo! Right on the X Ring! Trust was the biggest for me. When they preach trust and integrity then look down on the workers......Nah! I'll pass!
