If you can find employment at any other company I'd advise you to do it. Here, you will be met with more work than you can handle despite working constant overtime and no chance of moving up no matter what you do. Promotions are reserved for family members and sycophants, others need not apply. If you are considering joining CC, don't. Trust me, you'll regret it.

Ackerman is gone but his cronies are still in play. Look at how many directors and VPs, many without direct reports, came right out from his New York office.
