I notice Cisco has been back-peddling from selling the campus SDA VXLAN automation. Don't see it emphasized anymore. Wonder if you are seeing the same with ACI/APIC. Seeing very few new ACI deployments - and the amount of servers, components, and complexity is turning customers off the Cisco VXLAN management tools. Didn't most of the ACI creators also jump ship?
No one heard anything from any director that any plans are being made for an LR in DCN. Total lie. As normal though, you don't want to be a low performer. PIPs will be used more frequently where they were avoided for the most part previously. If you are one who whines all the time instead of performing you may want to rethink that or leave. Otherwise, you could be a performance issue. Pretty clear cut.
Why? ACI is selling great. Every cloud has ACI.

No active plans are being made, however all VPs have been asked by HR to stack rank employees.
