Eric Brandt really made of fool of himself with the explanation he gave on salaries. How sad to be an EVP and not have a better answer for paying below the market value. This guy is in way over his head. To make that statement to adjusters who are over-worked and under paid is insulting.

OMG OP said Eric Brandt really "made of fool"!
They can't even compose a sentence. I would disregard all the logical points being made the OP is clearly an id--t who doesn't follow APA or MLA format when posting to the Net.
I work for HR and have a title like "What does a Internet Computational Data Syntax Reputation Management Defender" do and make $23,500.00 a year. I know wat I em talk bout,
And that is why employees give undervalued work. Also why we continue to lose our top talent. I have been asked and have delivered letters of rec to several employees simply for the fact that they deserve better. Feels good to see them make positive changes and go where they are appreciated and valued.
He is a word salad master. He makes millions on the backs of claims adjusters and Pune folks. Shameful. All he did was spout blah ba--s blah. He is a man of zero substance. These guys have zero intention of paying claims adjusters what they should. They keep saying we are the “front line” and that equates to, we are expendable. He has zero respect for claims adjusters. He can say thank you all day …his words mean nothing as he is fake all the way down to his airbrushed face on zoom.
What was the statement?
