Today's HR townhall shouldn't give anyone hope that PepsiCo might actually do something to retain talent and boost the employee experience. Complete denial that there is an issue...the great resignation is not a thing for leadership. Don't know about you, but I'm actively looking. I bet many are, much more than they think.
When people are forced back into office, the cr-p is going to hit the fan. That's a tipping point for me. When your job doesn't need a 'hotel office' why bother. Who wants to pack up their stuff and drive into the office to sit at a desk. I have one of those at home. Four C's be D'd.
