Thoughts on when the next layoffs round will take place?

You obviously forgot 3 out of top 4 are accountants. While they support diversity they support the bottom line only about 100 times more. Biggest impact on bottom line, not workforce makeup, or even expenses-instead it is indemnity. This is why the LOC folks are going to be around for quite awhile. Not out of the goodness of anyone’s heart but because of their experience level .
They’re always updating their “legacy list”. If you weren’t on it back in 2013 and made it through the first transition that occurred over the few years that followed, it will hit you like a ton of bricks when you find yourself suddenly a target of it one day anyway as they use any means they think they can get away with to meet their makeup of the workforce metrics they are going for.
How can anyone with half a brain believe there will be more layoffs when staffing is already much lower than even executive wanted. Plus with mandatory vaccines it will take another slight hit.
Reduction is necessary to meet expense goals. I would guess we will see more announcements within 90 days.
There will not be any layoffs…they dont have enough employees in any dept to the job adequately…..but yet..still grow policies continuing to net billions in the mutual company…leadership has created a he-l ho-e….I have been here along time and know alot of employees and everyone including myself hate what this company has become…..
No layoffs coming they bleeding employees right now. Hence why unleashed this new merit based payscale today.
Soon, your last day is Friday, bring a box.
With over 3000 open requisitions no one will be paid to go for years and years…..
Pay us to leave like the last group of let go’s.
Words are deceiving
For SFarm this site should be name “The Runoff” rather than “The Layoff”
At least it does not get in the news if they run good folks off. Layoffs always hit the news
Middle Management needs downsized
Definitely not in claims. Employees are leaving like crazy because competitors offer a better environment and better pay. Heck, I’ll be leaving the company within 2 months!
Claims is collapsing thanks to incompetent executives.
Company is losing people left and right like every other company. Still needs to hire 3,000 people. but yeah. a lay off is coming because I heard it from my cousin's neighbor who used to be a director in HR.
Not any time soon in claims, we are bleeding employees right now and they can't hire the HS dropouts in the hubs fast enough to replace the experience they are losing.
there have NEVER been layoffs at SF ... nice try
Also, is SF known for having layoffs close to holidays?
