I used to think it was incompetence, but now I think more and more that our leadership has no desire to make things better in this company?
That would be really insane, but it’s not impossible, because how else to explain the whole situation in this company?
I don’t believe anymore that they couldn’t have done better and made this a much more successful company and a happier place.

Management is a group of arrogant bullies who do not care what the "little people" think. They believe they are doing a great job and if you don't agree you are free to leave. People are no longer viewed as an asset, just numbers and G&A.
What a sh*t company. Management should be ashamed of the total mess they made.
Why would they fix the system that keeps the id--ts at the top ?
