There was a comment, on the "Strike" post that caught my eye. Basically its saying get ahold of our senators and/or congressmen that are tied with GF, to tell them how they are acting towards their employees. With increasing workload and punishing them for not finishing it. Pay, obviously. Making employees do the work for other departments thats not part of their job description. Which if the company is as inclusive as they says, and fight for equity and equality.....isn't this just a form of a microagression? I would say it is. Which if I'm correct, GF is suppose to be a place where 1) microagressions aren't suppose to happen, and 2) GF is against microagression. This basically tells me that GF isn't based on "equity, equality, and inclusiveness". Which would be severely bad for GF, especially with the IPO around the corner. Would Chuck want to stand with a company that is literally going against its own Code of Conduct? Or knowing that the turnover rate has increased to 27% due the companies inability to recognize a problem and fix it? Or maybe he wouldn't want to stand up for a company that will fire you for having your own opinion?

Problem with that is Tom would have gotten his big fat bonus and laughed his way out. Can't deny those HODs or VPs stock option might worth nothing but the big fishes go unpunished as usual in this free nation.
After IPO lot of research report saying bad will come out. There is benefit(shorting shares) once listed so will see many research report etc
If you know any incriminating stuff or info that will cause ppl to dump GF, you can also email some companies that will investigate. I recall there was this company exposing Nikola's demo called Hindenburg Research and Muddy Waters exposing Lurkin Coffee fake accounting. That might be easier to stop GF from IPO since these companies will definitely short GF's stock.
whistle blowers typically make criminal activity, ethics violations or questionable moral practices public... maybe you know something we don't? Perhaps you should "blow the whistle"?
