- 30% pay raise across the board(inflation is ki----g us)
- 5% raises every year
- Fixed schedules
- Guaranteed number of hours for PT workers
- More staffing
- Defined roles (no covering multiple departments or extra responsibilities)
- Extra pay for machine licenses or being cashier certified if you are not a cashier
- Better medical benefits
- Profit sharing
- Pension plan
