I think someone posted it before but I'm amazed at how many leaders I work with that are still drinking the Kool Aid.... State Farm keeps abusing and abusing people, day and night, hoping employees, especially leaders, buy into the propaganda. They keep hoping you will work your self to death and you will keep working and working to consume your life. They are setting you up for a new normal and keep pushing and pushing until the old horrible feels like the great good ole times. I die laughing when my boss sends out one of those motivational articles or some inspiration quote to tell us how lucky we all are. It just beyond belief as this id--t is a heart attack waiting to happen and has no life other than SF. Lives and breath this cr-p day and night!! Sad really to see soooo many leaders in that position with no way out and still putting on the show! Builds zero credibility!

Don’t worry about it, they will be downsized soon. One of the good things the company is doing is eliminating the excessive layers of leadership. In the future they will use a bot to send out those same motivations and they will get deleted just as fast from my inbox.
