It used to be nice to work here. That’s why it’s so hard for me to bear when I see how this company has become so lost. This used to be a company that offered people their dream jobs and just look at it now.
Have they completely lost their compass? Do they know where they are leading this company? I am terribly disappointed with the management.

Transitioning to SAAS yet we have no viable products. Think of the product first then decide on the appropriate deployment methodology. We used to have a great culture based around innovation and the ba--s to put serious cash into R&D. WE ARE FOOKED
This started way back when Cisco let go of the top level SA folks. Cisco had no clue about video or broadband and then started offering packages to the VPs, Directors and mgrs who could actually shape the business. They had a revolving door management philosophy and failed to invest in the business, instead they steadily cut back employees, but inexplicably doubled down by buying NDS, which was never integrated into the rest of the business, then three short years later went back to selling off the set top business. Enter Synamedia, with a clueless CEO, no sales team on day one, a sh1++y to non-existent business plan, and 3 years on they still can't seem to get it together. It's clear they want to split the business again, even going so far as to install a wall down the middle of the new LWR office to physically separate the VN and core groups.
As for the average employee there isn't much of a future with Synamedia unless you actually enjoy being abused.
