CL25 U.S. Salary Range

I’d like to know where I fall within the CL25 salary range. Not concerned with YEE or RGP, just straight up what’s the min and max salary for this CL in the U. S.

It all depends on upstream vs downstream and the function group. There is a wide variation between all of these. So 130 to 200k.

That pay. About to leave though.

Am I wrong to assume that a CL 25 engineer would be making a different salary than someone in controllers or IT or commercial?

I always thought this was the case. Unless the difference is that the groups start at different CL’s (controllers being CL 21 for undergrads).

False, I am CL 26 - Very good and making 180. I guess I am underpaid because I am corp. function and not UPS.

I only know the max which is around $205,000 as of 2019. One of my co workers left at this pay and they were at the top of CL 25. The lower range was about 170k.
