Do you think that medical and religious exemption will have some effect, that is, will GE still find a way to fire those who are allowed by exemption?

Keep something in mind. GE can ask anything claiming the answers are voluntary. I highly doubt if pressed they will state that your terms of employment are dependent on your veiws toward ab-----n. But that is exactly what the form insinuates. Don't fill out the form. Get a lawyer. This is complete bu-----t, and they know it. But hey if you're willing to provide they're lawyers with ammo, they'll take it.
Why are the exemptions already prepared with questions as traps? What happened to submitting personal exemptions vs ones that GE created as a legal trap for cross examination denial? I appreciate the links to make it easy, but this is smoke and mirrors.
They should, otherwise I’m offended.
I was so offended by the religious exemption questions that I just filed it out honestly and started looking for a new job. The work environment is even more toxic now since people now resent people on the opposite side of the issue. The tensions are high and most of the shop went on an unofficial strike. Its quiet on the floor and that will never change. Good job GE you ki---d a company. GE is done. Dump the slave masters at GE. They don't deserve your loyalty. Find a new job. Easier to find work while you are employed so I wouldn't waste a day.
If you read the questionnaire to request exemption it disqualifies you if you have taken vaccines in the past, ibuprofen or Tylenol, and spell out specifically what your religion is and why this particular vaccine is disallowed. GE has made it so they can reject every request.
