In case some are wondering why so many people are leaving Lowe's to join our main competitor: Home Depot is among the best 25 employers in the world. Lowe's is nowhere near the top 100. The fact that it even made the top 200 (barely) is shocking in itself considering that I know zero people who like working here.

Home Depot doesn’t pay near as much as Lowe’s. I left HD as a department mgr at $13/hour back in 2011 and hired in at Lowe’s as a cashier at $11. And I’ve spoken with other people who got hired in before COVID and they confirmed that HD offered them $2 less than Lowe’s to start
Just walked out today after working there several years. Got call for electrical helper/apprentice job I applied for. $25/hour starting pay.
Depot pays their Cabinet Specialists $6.00 an hour less than Lowe’s!!!

If you are one of those incompetent buffoons, making multi-million bonuses, then Lowes is the place to be. If you are one of the 290,000 of the rest of us, upon whose backs the Mooresville buffoons are riding, we're right below "Federal Prison Road Crew" as last on the list.
Time to apply to Home Depot. Go in there and plenty of workers looking to help you. Lowe's you need a search and rescue team to find help.
