Why do we keep hiring people when layoffs are constantly hanging over our heads?

Is that again coming from the 2 loosers we have many posts about? Both backstabber and liars about their capabilities….
What layoffs? Just another pointless post to try and stir things up.
Your naivete is cute. But this process of constant firing and hiring is what makes companies stay in business. Its also called adapting. Get used to it.
I'm genuinely curious what's the point.
