Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Questionable strategy

I often wonder if someone wanting to deliberately accelerate the downfall of this company would actually have a better strategy than those currently running Xerox?

Maybe I don’t understand, maybe most of us don’t understand those business decisions, but it doesn’t look like this company is on the right track at all.

CI thought this was an easy ‘lipstick the pig’ situation. Easily fix what was broken that us stupid xeroids couldnt fix and sell the place for a tidy profit. Ha! Little did he know how broken we were due to mismanagement by the ‘good guys’ and absolutely no investment in technology. It’s been about 4 years now and even the sharks don’t care about this Dinosaur. There’s no meat on these bones. The strategy is for current c suite to take as much money as they can as they bridge to retirement. But some services companies along the way to try to make it look like a business worth investing in.

I agree, I really don’t know where the company can go from here. I think they were hoping someone would buy Xerox for the name, but it isn’t looking like that is going to happen

It’s an inside job. What else would explain it? Kind of like Government these days.
