Anybody else seen the parallels or make the connection yet?
- No personal accountability on those so-called “shared claims.”
- Lazy incompetent adjusters barely move a claim forward and let the person behind them deal with it. Re-work up the a$$ for everybody else! No wonder they can never make any serious impact on mail.
- Wanna say or do something about it? A mass email is then sent out about making sure nobody is sending claims back to the person who screwed it up. Just wonderful.
- Only one single group of people getting promotions (just take guess who). Made atrocious adjusters yet they’ll make good “leaders” huh, SF? HA!
- Mandatory 10 hour shifts for next 5 weeks. “Oh and that ‘non-optional’ starts today.” — email sent 2 hours before COB.
- Beyond impossible metrics.
And just for those who’ll say “well why don’t you leave and stop crying”. Oh I did buddy, after being there for years I recently left that communist environment cr-p ho-e. And so happy I did.
For those still there: it’s only going to get worse! If you even remotely see the connection in this environment it should make you feel sick!!
