PepsiCo forcing all U.S. executives to get a COVID vaccine to keep their jobs by Oct 18. Disgusting way to get rid of good talent ahead of the actual layoffs. Let the lawsuits begin!

on a call I was on, HR said they won't allow for testing. they are going straight to mandating for all employees. we can't keep staff as it is, we are going to have a lot of non-compliance with this on the Frontline.
Osha release from yesterday says you just allow weekly testing results, but does not need to be covered by the company. If PepsiCo tries to take it a step further and not even allow employees to pay for their own weekly tests then that would set off some very interesting eventually considering heavy Union environments in their manufacturing plants.
so how many people will be let go January 4th?

Hey Anonymous poster who said that not everyone is eligible for the vaccine…what religious beliefs prevent someone from getting the vaccine? I’m being serious, I really want to know.
Everyone is not eligible for the vaccine due to medical conditions or religious beliefs so it isn’t as easy as “Do the right thing”.
I don’t know if anyone at PepsiCo refusing to get vaccinated. Everyone I know is vaccinated !!
I think their lawyers will beat yours. Especially since the law is on their side. Get vaxxed and care about your family’s well-being more than your self-righteous crusade.
