We will eventually look back and realize all of these tech companies were bilking us out of great sums of money with little to no return. This is the new con of our day. Big data, ai, robots over people.
Robots, manufacturing plants and processes work when your making 100,000’s of something like refrigerators and cars. Not when your makings 100’s of wells that are all unique. We don’t have the data or the time to advance the robots, ai, processes to a state of return.
It has always been MW’s dream to replace non-high-p-t humans (expensive, complainers, free-thinkers) with machines (cheap, obeyers, monotonous repeaters). The MIT wunderkinde are supposed to run the machines, under the tutelage of microsoft and schlumberger.
Wasn’t all that money we spent with Microsoft & Schlumberger supposed to achieve some fancy amazing sh!t like that? If you tell MW it runs on “the cloud”, he’ll splooge all over the room and then we’ll all be unemployed in two years.

Does MW in his infinite wisdom realize his MidCon Wells ops manager in his infinite wisdom made a decision to get rid of all nabors rig and just use patterson? In bed with one supplier just so we can pay more $$$ like Schlumberger for bad performance
