COVID Mandate- Flawed Rationale of Xerox Executive Staff

The memo USA employees received this week based the mandate on the fact that we have contracts with the federal government and they are requiring employees of the contractor locations to be vaccinated.
Poor Grammar on the part of the federal government- I’m sure what they meant is contractors that enter governments’ locations as part of the contract need to be vaccinated. This is hilarious (and pathetic) that our Executive Suite didn’t realize that!!!!!

CEO of Delta Airlines is a bright guy. Johnny V should take notice of an unconstitutional mandate designed with a one size fits all mentality for an EUA experimental injection that is both ineffective and unsafe.

Forbidden science. That’s what it is. Accept what is to be jammed down your throat or suffer the wrath of what they demand that you believe in.
If it wasn’t so serious, one would question the mindlessness of the situation.

It's no error. Any company that is a Federal contractor, which Xerox is, had to have all of their employee vaccinated whether they are in-person or entirely virtual. Now, Texas has a new Executive Order banning even private employers from such a mandate and Arkansas passed a mandatory employee op-out for any reason (not just medical or religious). So, it's off to the Courts.

no mention of any testing weekly. I'm assuming this was on purpose. Can Xerox accord to miss SLAs if they begin to lose multiple people on the same account?

It’s about short term risks/benefits versus long term risks/benefits. We understand the short term risks/benefits of the vaccine. We need time and history to u detest and the long term history/benefits and I’m quoting Dr Fauci. This is basic scientific approach.

“I know 7 people all worried about the vaccines “ long term” issues. All dead within a week of contracting COVID”

You are either 1) extremely unlucky, 2) know a lot of people or 3) you are using fear and panic to drive people to get vaccinated (I’m guessing option # 3)

I smell something fishy with this story….

If you say anything negative about shots or masks you get deleted or ridiculed by the Elite ones. Stick to what you believe in and not just what everyone is doing. Your all adults. Make your own decision. It’s not a crime.

For the reply below, long term is generally defined as 10 plus years. Granted the vaccine may reduce risks for the short term (I.e. present day plus 12 months)but none of us know at this time the long term risks.

"If you don't trust the government, talk to your doctor. "

they're on the same team. the doctor isn't trustworthy either. the doctor who gets kicksbacks for prescribing the medication that you see on tv telling you that you may be entitled to substantial compensation because your antacid medicine now causes cancer.

Long Term impact of the vaccine.

How long is your definition of Long Term?

Would you rather have mild symptoms after the jab or if being un-vaccinated be in an ICU and having severe side effects?

If you don't trust the government, talk to your doctor.

FYI: More than 3.76 billion people worldwide have received a dose of a Covid-19 vaccine, equal to about 48.9 percent of the world population

If there’s one thing that we can all agree on is that no one knows the long term health impact of the vaccine at this time. Only time will tell

sounds like fear mongering. "get it now before the mandate!" and the mandate never comes, and now you've been coerced into something you don't want

There is NO “error” in language. The government is trying to increase the vaccination rate. By establishing a federal vaccine mandate that does NOT allow the option of testing it will force more people to get vaccinated towards the goal of herd immunity. That’s the goal. Employers with federal contracts have to comply
