After almost four years here, I’m not sure if I’ve simply developed a thicker skin or grown my skillset.... Of course, it's my fault that I didn't leave earlier, but I would like no one to repeat my mistake and stay here, or waste their time because this is not exactly a place where you can learn a lot and significantly improve your skills. I don't know if others will agree?

Fat karim is one problem that was overplayed from NDS. Useless sales VP's to Dtv also. They buddy systemed people out of jobs. Snakes. Good managers were lost just to make themselves look better without high caliber managers around. Senior VPs had blinders on. It's okay, they will get their due justice. Fake leaders can't hide forever Ajhear and fat karim..yeah you, snakes.
You are spot on in your assessment. Staying at Syna only makes sense if you are learning new skills and can utilize them later in a company that will recognize and reward you for your contributions, all assuming we are speaking about technical positions.
Most companies are like this. Some are nicer places to work or more successful. But you should always think of yourself first. This is capitalism.
