Lowe’s won’t go back to in house delivery. Overtime is the biggest reason. Repairing and maintaining the trucks is probably the second biggest. I knew guys putting 80 to 90 hours in a week delivering. No way Lowe’s wants to pay the overtime when they don’t have to.
