Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Used to work SF in SFPP and curious what it's like now?

I used to work at SF in SFPP from 2015 - 2019 until moving out of state for another opportunity. 2 weeks after I made the announcement I'm leaving, I found out, i received the promotion to an Analyst role in SFPP, which was the role I wanted for the longest. Then I heard in 2020 they closed all of their smaller ops centers including the one I worked at. I was told SF let all of them work remotely permanently. It started off rough working there being very much micromanaged and then I switched teams and it was slightly better. I ended up moving to a team that wasnt on the phones which I thank my supervisor everyday for recommending me because he saw it wasn't for me. I did hate I couldn't take my new role with me but things happen for a reason. Before I left, they made awesome changes such as getting rid of T2 (points system) and adjusting our salaries. Seeing some of these comments makes me glad I don't work for them anyone because I know there's no future there unless you work for a hub or you're not in a cell center role. I made a decision I'd never work in a cell center again after this.

I'm curious if anyone still works in SFPP and what it's ike now? Last I heard they were trying establish an SFPP presence in ATL and possibly TX.

Been working from home since the LOCe closed. It’s been pretty smooth sailing, billing modernization is still kind of a mess.
