Every January/February it seems jobs are eliminated at Wal-Mart. What is everyone hearing about the coming year? At the least I've heard AP ASM is being eliminated.

When they announce AP TL they will eliminate claims supervisor probably same time. Like pull them in and say hey your job is being eliminated and you can apply for AP TL if you want to.
Ap team lead won't open until the claims supervisor position is gone... right?
Since apasm will be coach next month when will ap tl be opening?
so will the new aptl be over customer host? will be still be able to work doors ?
leads will absorb the entire on-boarding role as EHS is being eliminated
AP support managers will be eliminated at DC level. Only operations manager will remain to assume all duties. EHS associates will be cut to 3 per shift rolling out in February
With AP ASMs not being elevated to coaches and talk of a AP Team Lead position, this is suspicious and concerning.

Claim supervisor is being eliminated company wide. It started in TX and will be rolling out starting in February. Not sure if it will all happen at once or will trickle through the company slowly.
People Leads are going Salary.
