I expected that the management would be able to boast of digital sales a little more. Has anyone been able to compare the growth of BBBY digital sales with the growth of digital sales in other companies?
+ I know a few people who have told me that they have never had a worse experience with online ordering than they had with BBBY.

Bloodbath must look totally archaic compared to other retailers who have been doing e commerce for years. It was very apparent when I was there, and also very apparent that damaged goods were being shipped to people that the CS folks had to explain away. And face it, your DM would tell you to put back almost anything to save his/her ru-p at this juncture. And the stock is still properly falling. Keep blaming supply chain.
not just items opened up and looked at, but actual used items. remember, it's up to the discretion of whoever's up front and whatever 'manager' is around to decide if something looks used or not. our DM has come in back before and asked why i was damaging used and washed towels out, or used bedding sets, because they 'looked' fine. my SM wanted to resell a returned carseat because it was in plastic, so it was probably unused....when i pulled the plastic off, the plastic was scuffed and there were crumbs in the seat, so i just waited for him to be off and threw it away.
Our website is not intuitive. Lots of posts about receiving items that look used. What else would you expect when we are shipping items that have been sitting on our store shelves, looked at and opened up. So many better options for consumers to choose from, we are behind the 8 ball.
Someone said we are DOWN 9% y/y in online sales. I know 2020 was different but most stores are UP single digits y/y online. Being down is NOT a good sign as even more is pushed online!
I await the next List of store closures 😓😬😧
