Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

GEM

They spoke about focus and gave no idea how they are going to do that...
Always nice words and no follow through.

My guess is that SAP/Ariba had a collective sigh of relief when these clowns made their exit. This is the worst leadership I’ve ever seen at Citrix. The last days of Templeton were messy, but this is ridiculous. Citrix is a company that’s a dying star, burnt out and made hollow by a gang of clueless thieves fleecing it of whatever value that’s left before it goes dark.

Henshall was a horrible CEO, but I'd blame those that selected him. Who appoints an accountant (CFO) to run what's supposed to be an innovative tech company?

How can you say David was a good leader when Citrix did the worst under him? Citrix did the worst acquisitions, had the worst revenue during a worldwide stay at home order and created the worst culture under DH. Disappointed to see you drinking the Koolaid instead of looking at the facts.

David was an excellent leader and people felt he cared. I still feel the company has great potential if leadership doubles-down and truly focuses on the challenges. Sorry to interrupt golf games, but it is time to step up and help the company, not complain about having to miss out on golf because David is no longer there. That part was very disappointing.

All I know is I watched as Calderoni's eyes moved while reading from a script. The stuff he read to us, was exactly the same stuff that was given to the news media. How lame can you be? There was no personality, no emotions, etc.

I'm sorry that you will be paid $19 million to not golf as much as you were previously.

Did they give employees any reassurance that things will be okay? Or just focus as we crumble?
