I worked at Lowe’s for 5 months and after gaining some experience, I found a new job. Here I was subjected to extreme micromanagement, in the beginning there were a lot of objections to my work because supposedly “I didn’t know anything about that job”.
Now I am working on the same position only in another company and ironically, everything I have learned here on the job, in a new company is considered wrong. Has anyone else had such an experience?
